Good to know
- What counts as one review?
- One submission of your three UCAS answers. Resubmitting after edits is a new review.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Use them this year or next.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, for credits you haven’t used, within 14 days of buying them — no reason needed. A credit you’ve used can’t be cancelled, because the review is made for you on the spot. The terms of sale have the details.
- Can I try it without paying?
- Yes. The school finder and every data page need no account at all, and your first review is free once you have one.
- What happens to my statement?
- Each review and the text you submitted are deleted 90 days after submission. The privacy policy is the full version.
- How do I pay, and is it secure?
- Card details are entered on Stripe’s own payment page and never touch this site. Your credits appear on your account the moment the payment clears, and Stripe emails you a receipt.
- Something went wrong with a payment.
- Get in touch with the date and the amount and I will sort it out — refunds included, no argument.
