We have not added Lancaster’s own description of what its interview assesses yet. MMI interviews generally test motivation for medicine, communication, ethical reasoning, teamwork and what you learnt from work experience; the questions below cover each.

It does not count at the interview. For 2027 entry Lancaster expects Bands 1 to 3; a Band 4 is not selected.
