We have not added Lincoln’s own description of what its interview assesses yet. MMI interviews generally test motivation for medicine, communication, ethical reasoning, teamwork and what you learnt from work experience; the questions below cover each.

Not scored: the shortlist is GCSE, UCAT and contextual points, and offers go on the interview plus half that score.
It does not count at the interview. Band 4 is rejected. Band 1 earns 15 points, Band 2 10 and Band 3 5, towards the 60-point shortlisting score.
