What it looks for

A selection day: a panel interview and an observed group task. Selectors look for self-motivation and resilience, reflection on life experiences (work experience, paid employment and personal experience in or out of health and social care), effective communication, interaction with others, and an understanding of the NHS Constitution's values.

Your SJT band

It does not count at the interview. The SJT is not used: selection for interview is the UCAT total alone.
